Wasabi, an asian root that is very tasty when freshly ground and put on meat and fish. Found in most Asian specialty stores. Stay away from the junk in the jar.

Orleander, what did you want to know about the 1811 series? They are federal police officers basically. Their duties and functions vary from agency to agency. The FBI's focus is shifting from working mostly criminal investigations to doing more proactive counter-terrorism work...but I am more interested in the criminal side, which is why I am also considering other agencies for the 1811 position. As for now, I am an Intelligence Analyst working in the Counterterrorism division.
