Hi there, name's Ned and I'm from Toronto (not really much in the way of sites like this up here, not as many LEOs in general and most of what's discussed is more or less applicable anyway). Civilian here and not even that much of a lurker, really just have one question I'd like to put to you guys for now, but I do come by occasionally so I thought it was worthwhile to make an account.
