Hey all,

Just wanted to give a quick introduction to myself before participating further in any of the discussions on this board. I'm 26 years old, spent 5 years in the Army Infantry to include a combat tour in Iraq, ended up being wounded and got out to persue college. I'm in school part time going for a degree in Psych, though I am considering switching to Communication. I work at SeaWorld in San Antonio, TX as an Investigator...which ranges from employee theft to sexual assault of a minor and everything in between. After the Army I spent time as a Police Reserve in Alabama, and enjoyed it. I'm planning on using my G.I. Bill and self sponsoring myself through one of the local non-college Police Academies here in town and am scheduled to take the written test in early March, though I am able to take is sooner if I'd like (but I'm working on my PT before the test, basically my runtime isn't as quick as I'd like it to be due to pulling my hamstring earlier this summer.)

Anyway, I'm glad I came across this board, so far from what I've read it seems like a good community and some place worth spending time on. Thanks!
