    Tinting laws

    If I were driving my vehicle in Jersey and my vehicle was from new york. And I had all around tints would I be subject to tickets in jersey.

    If your car is registered in NY, window tint all the way around, I bet your tint is already illegal in transparency. A plain window with no tint is already within 10% of NYS limits. Add tint of more that 10% and you are illegal in NY. Just take the tint off.
