1st, slam two espresso's then down one 5 energy drink, while listening to this!
You can lose weight at the same time while having way too much fun.
Don't forget to crank up the sound!!!!, but let me warn you, your neighbors will call the Police on you for violating the noise ordinance. However you will get to meet your local Police!

I've met the local police several times compliments to * GUN* crazy neighbors........since the last call to the cops he has settled down not only did he shoot a gun 9 times but he was chasing his wife.....NICE.... and the idiot went back to him....ok back on topic... I generally like almost anything
