...you HAVE to see the Foo Fighters in concert. I saw them last night and they were phenomenal. They weren't there to just run through the songs on their new CD. They played some new stuff, some old stuff, some acoustics, etc. For most of the concert he had 8 musicians on stage, to include violinist.I was about 25 rows back and the acoustics were perfect... nothing drowned out, like many concerts.
...and David Grohl is just a real entertainer. He is a genuinely funny guy, with some impromptu stuff that just can't be faked.
Now the drive home through a snow storm sucked, but it was all worth while.

I saw the Foo Fighters at the Murat in Indy. That was a few years back. They were great then. I can imagine they are much better now. I'm hoping they get somewhere close.

Foo Fighters are one of the best bands out there right now, had a chance to catch them a while back....what a show. In my top 10...and I've seen a lot of em.
Hmm....gonna have to look to see if they are coming to my area any time soon......
