    Welcome to the forum.

We ask that new members stop by the appropriate area and introduce themselves.

If no one on the lease (you or your boyfriend) wants him there, tell him to leave.

In my state (MO) if he refused to leave at that point, you call the police and we remove him.

If you don't want him there, but your boyfriend does, you can always leave. If you and your boyfriend are not on the same page about this it will be very difficult for anyone to do anything.

I'm sure someone with more knowledge about MN law will be by soon to give you a state specific answer.

In some states, if he has been living there the police cannot make him leave without a court order.

This is what happens when children try to play adult house. I am going to give you some unsolicited advice. Move out and never live with a man until you are married. Right now you are an unpaid prostitute. Your boyfriend has showed how important you are to him by not putting his brother out. But I bet he still wants to have sex with you.

Have more respect for yourself. THINK about these type of things before you make decisions, and consider it a good lesson learned.

As the only one in the apartment with a job, in addition to what was [ahem] stated above, you are supporting your freeloading boyfriend - let alone his brother.

Mommy is helping out with money so brother can stay with you, but from what I'm seeing - you are on the cusp of being dragged down by this family, of which YOU are the outsider, not the brother.
