    Active Duty MP to NYPD

Hi I was wondering if someone on here could give me some advice. My ETS date is NOV 2013. I took the NYPD exam back in 2008. I was wondering is there anyway I could do the quest program before I ETS (take the physical, interview, etc)? I don't want to get out of the Army and not have a job waiting for me you know. If anyone has done this please post. Also, can I still be in the reserves and be in the NYPD?

    1) Yes but not likely as you have to be seperated if your exam has expired to have it reactivated and you need a DD214 to do that. Additionally you will need to take time off from the military to attend the QUEST whihc is always given with little to no advance notice.

    2) Yes
