I have to say there is a lot of bickering here. Ok, so ill put my tibbits in. The military does hire civilian LEO's for military instillations. Federal instillation that have civilian LEO's are under federal employment. Federal instillation fall under federal authority, and therefor, the federal government has jurisdiction. A City, county or state LEO has no authority on a federal military instillation. For national guard instillations, those are under state authority, and there local LE has authority. Some National Guard instillations that have federal building or employees on them have a dual jurisdiction, where both local or federal LE has authority. Usually a local LE agency will take the lead since prosecuting is easier than using the federal system. But I think you all are missing the most important fact. On no military instillation, federal or state can a repo man come and try and repo property! Its true. -thought maybe some humor would lighten the mood.

Have you ever heard of Concurrent Jurisdiction? Look it up. A lot of Instillations have it.

On no military instillation, federal or state can a repo man come and try and repo property!

Bull. Go to the MP/Police/PMO and ask. They will let repos go as long as they have the proper paperwork and will usually escort them to and from the location.
