My dad is over in Iraq and he said that some "innocent" Iraqi people come out to fields around the combat support hospital and set up mortar plates during the day, and at night come back and launch 3-4 mortars into the area, only enough to do damage but not get the tubes hot enough to see on infrared, they had been escaping for a while, until video's like this one started happening on a frequent basis.

would 'you' sit by if you percieve someone has invaded your country? I wouldn't, I'd be doing what they are doing now and I'd be damn good at it.

I'm not even gonna get into it with someone on this subject with anyone, I'd probably be banned, but I will say those who don't agree with the U.S. and it's decisions should be deported. (They know a hell of a lot more than we know btw)

They can definitely fight back... and those that believe that the US is the enemy, should fight back. But also they should be ready to die when we blow their freaking heads off If they have the guts to go against the US soldiers and airmen, by all means, go for it... their chances of a meaningful life just went down the drain though.

I didn't mean to take offense, but I highly doubt that any of this would have happened if SH would have not been in power, which is partially the people's fault, why not fight back against him? We went in to take out a very bad man, and most of that country agreed, now they are pissed b/c we are trying to rebuild it? Instead of sitting back and being patient, they are only delaying the effort to reconstruct the country, which is only hurting them. Think about it, if it ever comes to the point where we HAVE to pull back and get out of their, the country will only go into deeper ****... so why not cooperate? The point is, the Iraqi's that fight against the U.S. are fucking idiots plain and simple, and I hope they all die a slow and very miserable death.

They have tried to fight their leader. They were 'promised' help back in the end of the first war, but were not given it for many reasons, the most important being complete stability in that region.

Yeah, Iraq is a human rights issue, there is no doubt about that, it has been for about 30 years, but we've never gone in there to stop the 'attrocities' for some reason or another in fact we as a country had helped Saddam do some things, inadvertantly or not there is no denial about that sad fact, some being good and others being 'convienient'. Saddam's reign has seen a few million people die, a human rights case indeed.

To those current minority groups in Iraq, the ones that see this invasion and occupation as a 'bad thing' (lol imaging that), those are the 10-20% of the populace commiting these defensive/offensive acts. To them 'we are the badguys', there are some deep seeded reasons behind that, but the bottom line is we 'did' invade their country, and no 'patriot' wouldn't fight for his country if called apon in such dire straights as they were/are in. We can only hope that eventually this invasion will bring some sort of a more solid stability in that region from now on. We weren't 'unstable' before this, but this should make us 'more stable' in dealing with that region as a peacekeeping force.

Is this an Apache? And how hard is this landing? Just wondering since it seems to have more propellers to hold it up.

That landing is extremely hard.. the pilot is basing his movement off either the guy in the back relaying position or by using mirrors on the outside of the chopper. Not to mention holding just a wheel on the building. This guy had some skills to pull that off.
