The Quota thread in ask a cop reminded me of
sending Lance Criminals down to S-4 to pull ID10-T forms.

We also sent a PFC to check with the company Gunny to see if he
had seen the PRC E7 we were gonna need for the afternoon training.

Man those were the days.

In the Corps, we used to tell guys to go grab the keys to the airplane, so they would fall for it, and we'd all laugh. I knew one guy who got out of the Corps and joined the Air National Guard back home as a UH-1N crewman. Well, the first time they told him to grab the key and they would meet him out at the plane, he thought they were pulling the same old trick, so he just went out there. Lo and behold, they were all standing around, outside the helo because the doors were locked closed with a padlock! LOL

My personal favorite, go over to SF and pick up some K9P, and stop and conventional on the way back and get 12oz of P-e PSI.

Okay, here are some of the good ones that I remember:

Get me some pneumatic fluid.

Get me an ASH receiver.

Go find a PH1 manual.

You need to go pick up the ST1 outside.

I need you to get me a handful of BA1100N's.

Go over to (whatever shop) and get a stack of (whatever MOS happens to be in that shop).

Give me the grease for the vortex generators.



There are many others but I'm a bit too tired to remember them all right now. :D
