Joining Reserves

I'm currently a sophomore in college and I was interested in joining the reserves. My choices are air force and navy, because I would like to get my degree, but getting deployed would postpone it if I decided on marines/army. With the air force I would have to go to also tech school so I couldn't complete it all during summer school. What I would like to know about is the Navy. Especially the master-at-arms. Should I even bother with reserves now or want into I get a job after school.

your school should have an ROTC counselor who could tell you what's required. I believe that if you enlist under ROTC they can't do anything with you (like deployment) until you graduate. Make sure you get the information from your school though not a recruiter because some of them NOT ALL will tell you anything to get you to sign the papers.

go in the USCG Reserves.

CG has tons more LE work than the other branches. And with one of the training plans you can go to basic training one summer, and go to A school the next, while going to the monthly drills.
