1. You cannot freeze in the shower, no matter how cold it feels. Really.

4. Unless you are the significant other, calling him 'Chiefie' is a really bad idea.
5. Contrary to popular belief, Marines do not like being referred to as 'Sea-going Bellhops'.
6. Saying "Can I use your head, I gotta take a dump" is not an insult.
7. A, B, and C school is not the place to learn the alphabet.
8. Some people would make really good soldiers. Too bad they joined the Navy.
9. Navy blue is a colour. Navy Blues, on the other hand, aren't.

It took me about a year of active duty Naval service to figure out the above...Navy Blues are actually black. I thought they were just really dark blue. This is the first time I have admitted this in public. :D

USMC entrance exam ... can the applicant fog a mirror ?
US Navy entrance exam ...can the applicant drop and than pick up a bar of soap ?
USAF entrance exam ... administering all of the above tests.
