    Seriously, I think my basic training unit was the last to be cursed at. I heard rumers after I was out of basic that it had gone way downhill. However I read at military.com that Army basic training is going old school as of late.

    Not wanting to start a fight or anything, but didn't Army Basic utilize the "stress cards" at some point? Trainees put up the card if they were feeling over stressed and the DIs had to back off. Hope to God that didn't happen and if it did the idea was discarded quickly.
