Wanting to join the Air Force. Got a couple quesitons.

Ok first off I am 24 years old and I was just recently forced to file bankruptcy due to a car business I owned going out of business. How will this affect me getting into the USAF. I have already went and talked to a recrutier and took a practice asvab test and did well on it. I am in good health and should have no problems in that area, so what I want to ask is (besides the bankruptcy) what common things keep people out of the Air Force. Thanks

no, I go to court for it in two weeks so its just now happening

WHat does/did the recruiter say ? If you don't want to ask your recruiter, call one in another town.

it shouldnt effect you joining the airforce. but it will most likely restrict you to jobs with out a security clearence

Thanks, I hope it does not affect me to much, I had awsome credit when I opened the carlot and the business is the only reason I had to file, so its one of those situations that was out of my control. If anyone has been in the airforce and has any advice for me about joining it would be much appreciated. thanks again
