Louisiana law for carrying a knife

Hey I was just wondering what the law in Louisiana was for wearing a 4 inch blade Bowie knife overall length is 9 inches I've looked it up and the closest thing I can gather is the it can't be concealed and the only knives it says are illegal to carry are switch blades and the like and as for blade length it says no RESCUE KNIFE BLADE MAY EXCEED 5 1/2 inches so is it legal to carry a 4 inch Bowie also wat is considered consealed because when I wear it my shirt covers the handle but the sheath is still visible is that ok or should I start tucking in my shirt ??
