When RP member histfan71 from CA visited my city, after a few drinks we talked about police books. He recommended Joseph Wambaughs - the Delta Star because he worked in the Rampart Div.
It is a good read about crazy police caracters. Some I find in my PCT, also when the book is from the 80's

There are two things I'm good in, the second is arresting people
I'm looking for Drug/Narcotic Unit patches together with DUI/DWI unit patches for a frame in our Anti-Drug-Team bureau
