I wanted to know cause a couple weeks ago my cars hood came up and wrapped around the windshield and i need to drive the car again soon. so can i drive without the hood?

It all depends on where you live. Contacting your local Law Enforcement would be your best bet.
On a clear night, I can see the other deputies emergency lights at least 10 miles away.
But it isnt flat here LOL
