If he's been living with you for any particular amount of time (most GA police interpret that as overnight), you have to go down to your local courthouse and file eviction papers. Will take a while, month or more. Call your local Sheriff's Office and ask them what 'their' particular process is. I barely worked with the Marshall's office, and they are the ones that handle that civil stuff where I used to work. Therefore, I'm not all that familiar with the process itself.
IN THE MEANWHILE, you CAN NOT just throw him out on the streets without going through that eviction process. You CAN NOT lock him out of the house or throw his stuff on the streets.
