Maybe not all their ideas are bad.
Although I think the beheading should be second on list.
Saudi court upholds child rapist crucifixion ruling
Tue Nov 3, 2009 2:22pm
RIYADH (Reuters) - A Saudi court of cassation upheld a ruling to behead and crucify a 22-year-old man convicted of raping five children and leaving one of them to die in the desert, newspapers reported on Tuesday.
The convict was arrested earlier this year after a seven-year old boy helped police in their investigation. The child left in the desert after the rape was three years old, Okaz newspaper said.
International rights groups have accused the kingdom, the birthplace of Islam, of applying draconian justice, beheading murderers, rapists and drug traffickers in public. So far this year about 40 people have been executed in Saudi Arabia.
In Saudi Arabia, crucifixion means tying the body of the convict to wooden beams to be displayed to the public after beheading.

Of every one hundred men, ten should not even be here. Eighty are nothing but targets. Nine are real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the battle. Ah, but the One... One of them is a Warrior... He will bring the others back.

Same people who, like ACLU, support the existence of NAMBLA (if you don't know what this group is, feel free to google it... ).

Those asswipes wanted to march in the first Gay Pride parade here. Hats off to the gay community here for telling them to stuff it. I think I know why they didn't go to the ACLU though. A gay guy I know told me that it was suggested that they might not all survive to the end of the parade by some of the more burly members of the community.
Contrary to the belief among some, pedophiles are no more accepted by the gay community than by the straight.

I had a case where a Mom's boy friend killed her two little boys, 7 and 5. The boys were strangled and the autopsy found semen in their throats.
A couple of days later we found the guy. My partner and I had to go in the room with this little pencil necked geek and pretend to be his new best friends so we could get a confession out of him, which we did. He gave us all the gory details of what he did.
Little wonder I went crazy several years later.

The good news is he didn't adapt well to prison at all. He lasted about three years and someone put something other than a gun down his throat and killed him.

What did they do with the SOB?
Seeing, hearing and handling the gory part of crime as you did, especially when children are involved, would be enough to drive any normal person nuts.
You, working as a street detective in a large city saw and heard more of the gory details of crime than I did, as in most incidents a body was an unrecognizable chunk of charcoal in a bed or a crib when I dealt with it
There was one case which really got to me...One evening as I was coming home I saw a house a few doors down from where I lived smoldering and the enclosed garage had been gutted by fire. The equipment was still there so I stopped to get the details. The Lt. in charge told me that the little girl who lived there and who I saw and waved to practically every day since she was a toddler had died in the fire. Apparently she was playing in the garage where the gas water heater was located and took the cap off a can of gasoline that was located along with a lawn mower, paint cans and every combustible imaginable only a few feet from the heater.
I was so damn mad after hearing this that I couldn't see straight...I walked over to the child's parents who were being consoled by the neighbors and chewed their A$$es out, first up one side then down the other. To top it off, as I was walking away I saw a large lifelike oil portrait of the kid in the yard where the fire fighters had put it during the clean-up operations. That was all I could take and had to get away from there before I broke down completely.

I assume he got life, probably w/o parole since he obviously had contact with other inmates.
I never stuck around for sentencing, usually not even for the verdict. After I testified, I did the last of my part. The rest of out of my hands. I found it easier if I didn't bother with the parts of the system where I had no control.
