Gun finally comes in, but damn my purchase permit will expire before I can pick it up. I drive back to police department get a 45 day extension, return to shop. Produce all documents (Firearms ID card, Permit to Purchase). Clerk calls up state police does completes NCIC check, I pay fee for said check and BAM! Just like that I gots me a gun.
That is just plain ridiculous.
