Do any of you have a similar video you went through for training?

As a service dog handler/trainer for myself, I was wondering how many officers ever encountered access issues? One of the other teams on my Service Dog board found and posted this youtube video and I was wondering what you thought of it? Its from the American Hotel & Lodging Association. I can't recall having seen that in training, but I do believe I've watched something like that online before. I agree with the service animals being allowed into restaurants - the problem I have is how some folks are claiming that non-service animals are service animals and basically using it as a way to get around pet policies.

I can't remember the articles I read about that happening (it may have been on here somewhere) but given that people show absolutely no shame about jumping on a rascal at Walmart because they don't want to walk - I would put that past them at all.
