Contact the agency that took them. I suspect every one had different policies.

How many is some? Serious question, how old were you at the time of the arrests and what was the outcome of those arrests.
Many counties will not give you a copy but will be happy to make a new one on you next visit.

The problem is for the one night of crazy that you got caught , there were a hundred more that you didn't get caught. So yes, it is who you are.
