SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WALA) - Brothers from Milton face sexual battery charges for multiple acts against two girls.
Johnnie Skinner, 19, and his 18-year-old brother Richard could face life in prison if convicted on multiple counts of sexual battery on a child under the age of 12.
