Are NYPD Aux. officers allowed to carry ASP batons?

They can carry one if they come to Arizona. Pistols, too. Just don't bring an auxillary badge or wear a police uniform as that could get you in more trouble than the weapons.

Ten months old......things do change. But the policy has not yet changed despite request from the Aux union. If they are carrying them, it is in violation of policy.

I am also 17 and I went to the orientation they had by Queens Criminal Court in November. One of the officers speaking there, said that if you are at 17 Years Old and you go though the training, you will be inside the precinct until you are 18.
