who are these people that have nothing better to do but sit around and sniff this stuff and come up with new ways to get high, I have a whole box of bath salts under my sink right now these idiots are going to make EVERYTHING illegal..... just ticks me off... GET A LIFE and create something productive. a cure for cancer a campaign for Aids. something of worth....people just disgust me anymore...

also when you use these they delute into your bath water and the stuff is absorbed into your skin which is a scary thought if it causes the above by snorting it....

There are some idiots that I used to work with at a fast food restaurant that liked to smoke weed, but it is the legal kind.

What they like to do is go down to a smoke shop and buy some kind of incense material (you know, the stuff you burn to make your house smell good) and roll that up into a joint and smoke it. I got tired of the conversation after trying to explain that it may be legal to buy but it is not necessarily legal to smoke, thats like huffing paint. Its perfectly legal to buy and use paint, but huffing it is another matter all together.

I have never heard of anyone actually using it a bath salt. Similarly, they used to sell GHB as plant food and some steroids are sold as inscense oils. I can't even breathe that stuff it chokes me EVERY time I hate going to someone's house with that stuff... my hubby hates stuff that smells but he likes that crap... I use cran-berry febreeze room sprays.....I could not imagine inhaling that stuff

It's not an actual bath salt. Some athorities are saying it's a synthetic cocain or meth. It isn't that either. It is a synthitec drug that is a stimulant similar to cocane or Ex. It is related to MDPB. Just how Salvia is a relative plant to Sage. So..it's not your cute little salts you get from bed bath and beyond. The rummors that I hear are totaly stupid though. I've never seen any one in my area hulicinate or go crazy and cut them selves or even try to kill people. I live in a big military town and young joes are allways finding something new to try that isn't black listed or illeagal. Young military kids and college kids die or get hospilized more from alcohol more than anything.

As people have stated before, these substances go under the guise of 'bath salts' to stay on the market. When we all know that people who buy this stuff have no intentions whatsoever of using it for its 'intended' purpose.

Case in point - I wouldnt go shopping at my local gas station for a gift to the wife. I would go to a legitimate bath and body store. Reputable places that provide aromatherapy dont carry junk like this.

Things have gotten so crazy, I think you could realistically find a lot of substances used in the home you could roll, snort, shoot-up or rub on your nostrils to get high. Until the general public gets tired of paying the health care costs for these people abusing "whatever" it just ain't gonna change.

Gee, maybe if the focus was on these folks eating up all the health care $ they would lay off us smokers for awhile.

BTW have all the crack addicted babies that started being spawn a few decades ago hit the streets yet? You betcha they have...some I am sure are OK citizens but there are many more that by no fault of their own continue the dwindling spiral of drug addiction and legal difficulties.
