A black man was shot and killed here for trying to run down several deputies with his vehicle.
Afro Americans are furious over this and think deputies should have aimed lower and shot out tires instead of killing man.

They were trying to stop the car, not give him a reason to call for a tow truck.
I think the people complaining need to think about which stops a car faster, flat tires or removing the operator.

Assault with a deadly weapon. Shooting the man, was justified.
