FWIW guys Houston PD and Houston's black community have rather poor relations with each other.
THe thing about our big cities is that there is nothing that the community holds to the chopping blocks more than the PDs. THe sad thing is that day by day they are becoming worse and worse in terms of crime and status while the PDs are being systematically intimidated into doing nothing.
