Wondering what agencies are using for case management software?

We are using a software that helps investigators track all their tasks, enter videos / photos into evidence field and attach their notes, reports and other documents then when charges are ready the whole file (or parts of it) can be ready in minutes for discovery and disclosure.

The case management software works with our intel software but are different databases to ensure intel is not accidentally disclosed. An event or entity in the intel database can be selected and imported into the case management system if required and the case management information can be imported into the intel system if required.

We've used IMC since mid-2006. It's okay but there are certainly a lot of upgrades that could be made to the system.

just curious to what is out there and what may be compatible / comparable to what we are using.

We are using X-Fire (cross fire) for case management and REX for intelligence by Agnovi.
