I was reading a study where they are just now beginning to understand the long term effects of MJ use. To be honest, I am more libertarian. I say what you do in your house is your business as long as it doesn't effect me or my property. That said, the law is the law. If you don't want a law on the books, take it off. If they can repeal Prohibition, then they can do it to that as well. Until then, if I pull you over and you have weed, then stand by. My job is to throw read flags, and the courts can do what they want. My job would be focused on enforcement, common sense and bringing quality cases to the DA.

It's not even an arrestable offense here for low level possession. I don't know what politicians thought making it a minor misdemeanor was a great idea. Luckily they always keep it in that plastic baggy which gets to be para if they really need to go to jail.
