Big kudos to my squad's FNG. He put a lot of effort into finding this guy.
NEW YORK - Special agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have apprehended Kushi Samuels, a Canadian citizen wanted for murdering one person and badly wounding two others in a 1995 Montreal, Quebec shootout. Samuels is listed as one of the Top Ten Fugitives in Quebec. He was apprehended by ICE agents from the New York City office of investigations Monday night in Brooklyn.
