We have DUI here, meaning, 'Driving Under the Influence of'. As far as I know they are exactly the same, but honestly I really don't know much.

In all of Michigan, it was known as OUIL, however with the change of the BAC (.10 down to .08) in September of 2003, the wording of the law changed. It is now known as OWI.
Some agencies/courts still refer to it as OUIL, however formally it is OWI.
DWI = .08
DWAI = .06-.08 or drugs involved
