Just took NJ Transit Police written exam

In case anyone is interested in the NJ Transit Police, I just took their written test yesterday in Newark. All you have to do is send a resume and they will put you in for the next test.But that could be in a year.... The starting salary is pretty nice, and even nicer after 5 years.

I was glad there was no math, and there was a lot of memorization. I could give out a play-by-play of it, but what would be the fun in that?

I totally ate that test for breakfast. There was only 4 or 5 out of 100 that I wasn't sure on. We had two hours to take it, and I was the 3rd guy done, in about 30 minutes. It was cool, because the cop who was watching the test was a K-9 cop, and he had his dog with him. It was cool for me, anyway, because I think police dogs are neat. I gave him my test, and strutted out of the room while 300 some odd people were still sweating it out......
Then I got in my mom's Chrysler Sebring and got the hell out of Newark before I got carjacked!:D (No offense to any Newarkers)

For real, though,the testing site at Rutgers in Newark had to be the safest place in NJ for at least 4 hours, because there were at least 50 Transit cops walking around, soaking up that overtime duty!
