Anyone seen the show American Jail on Trutv? It is like COPS, except it takes place in jails all across the country. Some pretty interesting stuff....

Yes. I've even posted a short clip from one of the shows at the thread below.
I've watched all of the episodes that have been broadcast in my area. There's not many of them but what there is is pretty good. I'm hoping they'll have more soon.
Edit: This may be a different show called simply "Jail". I'm not sure if I've ever seen "American Jail" as the original post asked. (Isn't TruTV the new name for Court TV?) The show I'm talking about is actually made by the same people that make Cops.

1. If you have a good case, try to compromise; if you have a bad one, take it to court!
2. Wait until it is night before saying it has been a fine day!
3. Whatever accomplishment you boast of in the world, there is someone better than you.
4. Walter or a Glock always beat four aces
5. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.
6. Know each other as if your were brothers; negotiate deals as if you were strangers to each other.
There is a couple different "jail" shows on TV now one doesn't seem to bad, the other is rather dry and boring, and the rest if any I don't ever watch or ever bother to catch.

They've got us surrounded? Good. Now we can fire in any direction, those bastards wont get away this time
An amateur will train until they get it right. A professional will train until they can't get it wrong.
I actually found the show to be incredibly boring. There really isn't much for the Sherriff's officers to talk about, and it's a bunch of people acting stupid in front of a camera in a semi-controlled environment. There just isn't any variety and I think that's why it was cancelled on TruTV.
There's only so much footage of the drunk tank you can air.
