Help from NC LEO'S

Hey guys , at one time I remember a website i used to go to , and print off incident reports (block 1's) and domestic violence forms, and blue sheets... I don't remember where i got them, and I looked around on the NCDOJ website and have not found them there either...

Any idea where I could find these or if any of you guys have had much luck in this?

I find it very hard to always hunt down these forms in the department as they stay gone, and its very easy for me to print them myself as I have a printer in car....

Any help on this would be awesome! Thanks!

I dont understand if your an LEO why you dont yhave the forms necessary to do your job? and if so why dont you alert your supervisor???? :rolleyes:

I didn't ask for that guys, The state Sends the forms and if officers steal them all thats all you can do. I can tell the supervisor and he can order more and wait, but when you need something and we all know how it is.. You have to improvise, and that is what I am trying to do.

Well it just seems rediculous. How could someone "steal" your forms. Are you acccusing other officers of theft? Either your department is run like sh*t or someones full of it.

I think this guy is a member of a private police agency or something so he may not have the same access to these things as sworn LEO's

That’s correct I do work for a private police department.. We are Sworn LEO's, but the way our department is run is not ****ty... I say that when they are laid out, many officers grab them up as fast as they can and it makes it hard for those of us who work in areas to far away to get "first dibs".. No they don't "steal" them ... come on...

The state Department of Justice sends us groups as requested of forms... Though when working in remote locations, it is just easier to do it ourselves...

You mean to tell me none of you have not had to improvise to get your job done? Everything you have needed has been handed to you with no effort on your part?

I am just trying to do my little bit of effort for my own comfort.... I came looking for help from NC Leo's who may have some information that could actually help me....

I did not come on the forum to be harassed constantly by you guys just because you may not agree with my line of work or question my integrity... If you don't have information that could help me or do not care to help me, you can simply ignore me and choose not to help...

I have shown no disrespect to any of you guys and I am sorry if I am not in a position that lives up to your guys standards... But does it really call for constant harassment from this community?

It would probably be a good idea to xerox all the non-duplicate/non-carbon forms as soon as they arrive - and maybe keep at least 5 of each hidden somewhere in the office. You could possibly have someone well-versed in a program such as Omniform scan each form and make fill in the blank templates, saved into .ofm format, so you could save the forms on computer/laptop and work on them electronically as well...

How about maybe.... Hey Sarge, I dont have any forms when the next batch comes in could you see if you could put a few aside for me? Private police or not, you need to have the forms necessary to do the job so man up call your supervisor and tell him your running low and need him to secure you some.
