Most officers that I know are smart enough to make copies when they reach the last copy of a form. I keep a folder of originals in dispatch and the officers come to me to get forms they need.
oh, by the way IBTL:eek:

The State of North Carolina has quite a number of Agency websites with their own Forms & Publications. One of the forms I believe you might be looking for is the DCI-600F, Incident/Investigation Report form, but I couldn't find an online source for it.
As an alternative, could you go to a local PD a get a copy of each of the forms you need so you could either photocopy them, or scan them in so you could print them later? Samuel suggested a program which would allow you to scan the form in, and then "fill out" the form on the computer, but I think that program costs over $100 (not sure about that though).

Yeah I am going to take his advice, the local university has a similiar program I found out and agreed to let me scan some forms in... Yeah it is DCI-600 F, I can't find it anywhere either, I think it may have been another agency who used something like omniform to create the file... Thanks again brother...

I consider this pretty much answered.. I figured anyone knowing the site with the forms was a shot in the dark but I never thought about using omniform.....
PS: Photo copies loose integrity over time and hey this is a better idea as I see I can add my own blocks and perhaps type in on the forms rather than hand writing entire reports
