Our city just put some 30+ black and white Crown Vics on the street, with several more waiting for lights and other equipment to be installed. They're gonna be phasing out the navy blue with gold stripe design that has been around here since the mid 90's.

Hey Darin, have you noticed the Charger's seat is narrower than the CV? I've heard that in articles, but I've never spoken to any officers who actually drive one.

I know for sure the Intrepid's seat is narrower, when I'm wearing my belt I have to fenaggle myself just to get my seatbelt on...

The more I read here, the more I feel I am working on the wrong continent. We fight over a 5 year old Diesel Vauxhall Corsa. I hate you.

I find the seat no different. Pretty comfortable. The only seat complaint is searching for the seatbelt latch against the door as it slides all the way down. The CV latch would stay up within easy reach.

Almost. Ours has no warniing equipment. The force decided that detectives should be more visible - and gave us marked cars - with no bells and whistles.

Here's the new Pensacola PD B&W's. Sorry it's so small, but it's the best I could find since there aren't that many pix of them out yet.

Still hoping I can work there one day! :D
