We did a school takeover scenario last summer. ..... The only bad thing was they didn't have enough face protection to go around so only the bad guy wore it.

Shooting simmunitions, and having people participate in the scenarios, without face protection, is in my opinion, a really bad idea. We have had a few pretty bad injuries, where a round managed to get under a face mask because of a weird angle or poorly fitted mask.

I would really think hard for some alternatives before I did that again. Most big federal agencies have lots of simmunitons face masks and would probably be happy to loan you some for a few days.
