Picture of my LEO friends patrol car

I just found this picture on my computer I forgot I had.
This car has had so many problems with it not starting, dropping power, needing new alternators every couple months, etc.

I happened to be driving down the highway in town here and this is what I found!

I had this picture printed off and gave it to her. Hoped she could make a case for a new car with it. (didn't work, she still has it)

I'd take a foot post before driving a Lumina.

I feel her pain though, it hurts to see your whip hanging from the back of a hook. I actually limped my caprice back to the shop at about 5 mph once (and had to bump the starter every fifty feet) just so I wouldn't have to call a hook to come get me out of the neighborhood.

Are those rainbow flags on the back of the car next to "Police"?
Feel safe at night...sleep with a cop.

If you run, you only go to jail tired.

In God we trust, all others we run through NCIC.

Our agency had Lumina's for a little while.. They were bad.. real bad.. Always broke down, no acceleration, nada. When they were to be auctioned off, we couldn't give them away.

Was the Lumina even designed with a police package, or did agencies just slap some lights and sirens on a daily driver?

I had one for a couple of years, and it was a POS. One day after we had had a lot of snow that had packed and turned to ice, I got caught in some old ruts and tore the muffler off. I kept hoping I would be in a wreck in it to put it out of its misery.

There was a police model of the Lumina until the Impala replaced it.
