So we went today to try and get their crap and put it into storage. Maintenance was there and let me in to check it out. They would only let me go as far as the living room.

Story is, unknown shooter with a shotgun is randomly shooting into upstairs apartments. Known shooter is enjoying a cold beer and decides that shooting back is a good idea. He took some pellets to the face but is going to be fine.
There was a surprising ( to me at least) amount of blood for such a small wound, and the apartment was trashed with shotgun holes in the walls and ceiling.
