One of those idiots almost hit me while I was on a footpost one day. I was furious. WHen I pushed at him (to protect my own safety) he turned around, gave me a dirty look, flipped me off, and yelled at me, then rode away, nothing I could really do about it.

Oh, oh, why do we get everything you have over there? When I look in our cities center on an friday afternoon, well, I see the same what is shown in this video.

Sometimes there must be anywhere anything higher that let the bike-idiots fall into an hole on the street or let any poor driver open his door at the right time. The problem is, when you're on foot patrol you can do nothing, when you're on radio patrol these dirtbags don't stop and ride into small paths, if you're on motorbike patrol they use ways you can't follow them, if you're on bike patrol, well, than you have an chance to get them, but you can't be everywhere.

Now I ride my cycle to work quite a lot, and when I do I ride in an accertive style. In other words my 262lbs of chewed Hubba bubba *** won't be bullied.
However if one of those turds rode like that around me they would end up meeting the business end of a route 268 bus.:mad:

I want to point out that this isn't a video of couriers doing their jobs, it's a bunch of jackasses racing an "alleycat" (unsanctioned race on city streets). Generally organized by couriers, they're insanely dangerous. NYC, Philly, and DC all have a ton of couriers who are generally left alone by LEO's. It's a very diverse set of people, and you get everyone from guys with multiple degrees to illiterate ex-cons slinging envelopes around for the same company.

To play devils advocate here, there was a mid-atlantic case where a bike courier chased down a van that was involved in a hit and run he had witnessed. He was able to stop the guy and get the city agency on scene to apprehend the driver.
