I'm not talking about people running to see whats going on at the scene, i'm talking about somebody who comes there saying they are a doctor or a nurse. If they don't work in the ER, I don't want them touching the victim... Simple as that, besides these days ambulances come pretty fast.
First, there are thousands of people out there that have taken and been certified in CPR, BLS, or First Responder courses that are NOT nurses, doctors, or EMS personell. To keep them away from a scene when they have the knowledge, know-how, desire, and opportunity to save someone's life is placing yourself in the crosshairs of a sizable lawsuit.

In addition, many states have Good Samaratian laws, whereby if an individual who has not been trained to do so, acts in a manner in which they are trying to save a person's life or administer aid, and inadvertantly causes damage (i.e. breaking a rib during CPR compressions), that person will not be held liable for the injuries.

But then again, these are things that you learn after you "earn your wings."

You might have gotten some red by implying you were a law enforcement officer, but I don't know that for sure.

You also might have gotten some red for implying you are already experienced enough to make subjective statements regarding "Good Samaritans"… but I don't know for sure.

There is also the possibility you may get some red for not knowing when to humble yourself and stop using rationalization.

A distinct possibility exists that you will obtain green once you complete the academy, successfully complete FTO, "earn your wings" and speak from a foundation of training and experience.

Good luck to you in your potential development. ;)

Oh I thought I got the red because of my piss-poor grammar and horrible spelling... Glad to know it wasn't that :D lol. Oh yeah how does somebody get negative 1800 points in the time period of one day lol.
