My mom is following the trial, I don't care personally.. But, I've seen the stunts the judge has pulled.. He's playing for the camera's.. Asking the lawyers questions, making a play of things.. Thank god I don't have to deal with him down in Broward County.

Its amazing how much publicity that Anna Nichole is still getting after shes been dead. I dont know about the rest of you but I wasn't surprised when I found out about her death. I feel really sorry for the little girl. She's gonna be one messed up child

I dont understand what the big fuss is anyway. Dont get me wrong, I have compassion for the daughter and the loss of life, but c'mon. What is Smith famous for anyway? The media is making such a HUGE deal out of the death of a Playboy bunny who married some old guy for money. I dont thinks she's the first. I say forget about her. Its just something to fill the newspapers with.

The whole situation is complete BS. Judges around the country should stand up and profess their embarrassment at the Judges actions, not just the "emotional" breakdown, but the entire courtroom discourse.

If that kid is ever going to have close to a normal life, she would have to be placed anonymously into adoption (if that would even be possible due to her profile) and taken in by an unknowing family. She might not be a millionaire but she probably wouldn't get jacked up by all of her "loved ones."

Each one of the people fighting over her could very love her and have her best interests at heart, but based on their actions since she was born.

It really was a disgrace.

Judges are suppose to be neutral and detached. Furthermore, this judge is a probate judge which means his entire job deals with wills and people who died.

I think he was playing things up a bit for the camera.

The countdown until he has his own judge show has begun.
