We use that on our 4 month old. That stuff works great....despite the name :D
Personally, I'd go see a doctor. You never know what it was from...maybe scratching your waist after searching a filthy person with the 7 year itch...LOL
I had the same thing happen. I got hives just around my waist where my duty belt was... well then I got them around my neck to. I took some benadryl and then had a very scary dream about suffocating from a hugely swollen neck. I woke up clutching my throat and wheezing.
But anyway, I figured out the hives were from changing soap a couple weeks before that. I don't know why they were just around my waist and neck. Have you changed detergents, lotions, or soap in the last month? It takes a while for your immune system to freak out if it's going to.
