So of course I go to the casino every now and then and I was curious if anyone knows of any information on the security at the casino. Pay? Requirements?
I know their CCTV operators are federal employees and it is very hush hush for obvious reasons. But I was just curious if anyone had any information about their security department? Are they a branch off of the Saginaw-Chippewa Tribal Police? I am going to call up there next week and see if I can get some information. I know they look for the "Indian/Native American heritage" but yeah. Can't hurt.

Hockey, I can't think of any reason that the casino would have federal employees working security. Some of the casinos have local police working their own security which is in addition to the private casino security (for example, Windsor casino has an OPP group that JUST works the casino, cameras etc, the Detroit ones have members of the Detroit PD Gaming division etc) but I can't imagine there are any Federal cops there. The only ones that might be, if they are in fact working there and if the casino is on reservation property would be the Bureau of Indian Affairs but I've never heard of them working there. They may very well have MSP or local police as well as tribal police but... I could be wrong.

They are not part of the Tribal Police, they are hired by the Casino.
Are they a branch off of the Saginaw-Chippewa Tribal Police?
