gang initiation. There seem to be an email floating around which kinda spark my attention. I know one can not believe everything he or she reads or see, but the email states that there is a national warning going out to everyone from police and DARE, to not flash your light at an on-coming car whose lights aren't on., do not flash your lights. Something bout a gangs initiation game.
If the on-coming car gets flashed he is to turn around and go after the car and do serious harm to the occupants, something he must do to complete the initiation requirements. Friday and Saturdays are the official days of the movement......... you knw, I don't know if I can post the rest. Is this something that can be answered and if not cool we can just leave it alone.
