VSP week 12

I can't really top 636ninja's post. We had a pretty relaxed week, of course with the love of the instructors to keep us motivated it wasn't "that" relaxed. Our family day was today and my family came down for it. The day went pretty fast and we got to march down for the families an hour early. We did our moves and they clapped, so I guess we looked good or maybe they were just being nice .

For the next two weeks I will be on FTO back home.

We had the privilege of cleaning up the gym after your family day...but from what I hear, you all will get the chance to return the favor on December 1st. :D

Hey, you feeling better? Guess that crap is still making the rounds. Couple of guys in my class are sick as well. Get some R&R this weekend, and then go and kick butt on Monday!! Let me know how it goes.
