texas law on tasers?
GeorgiaCarry.org is an influential civil rights organization committed to not resting until the State of Georgia ceases all infringements upon the people's natural right to keep and bear arms that is protected by both the constitutions of Georgia and the USA. As far as I know, only handguns require a license to carry in Texas, and only handguns are required to be concealed.

TASERs are not defined in the penal code, nor are they restricted or regulated in any manner.
If a person were to use one on someone, it would be treated as any other case of assault/self-defense.
And as an aside, a person cannot carry on or about their person a handgun, illegal knife or club in Texas. A person with a CHL can carry a handgun concealed if the meet the statuatory requirements.
