    Rogerdat,

Think about what you are saying. You are saying that because of a criminals actions (i.e. breaking into a house and stealing guns) we should lose our constitutional rights. This is plain stupid. I shouldn't be allowed to posess guns because A CRIMINAL MIGHT STEAL THEM? How is it logical to take away law abiding citizens constitutional rights because of a criminals actions.

I really wish people would do a little research on the 2nd amendment before discussing it. You need to understand why we have the second amendment.

How many is too many? 2? 5? 20? 40? Who decides? You? John Kerry? Ted *hic* Kennedy?

How about it's none of the government's business what kind or how many guns someone has? California has intentionally created so many anti-gun laws that it is probably impossible for law abiding citizens to have a collection of any kind and be legal. That's onerous and intrusive.

I don't understand why anyone who loves freedom is still in that state. You are out voted and out manuvered by the insane and degenerate.

You obviously have not read the BATF manual... Page 2304, paragraph 678.99.0.876(a) subparagraph (iii) item 44, exhibit C:

"It is deemed by the BATF that you don't need a gun - You'll put your eye out."

[QUOTE=Rhinoceros;679258]My wife collects fancy little perfume jars from the art deco period. She doesn't evn keep perfume in them. SHould the government take them away?QUOTE]

It is not a problem as the perfume jars are "unloaded" or empty. Now if she were to "load" them, they would be subject to "government take away." :p

Didn't you know, everyone we arrest is a victim. You take away some drugs from a bad guy, he nolonger has his drugs. That makes him a victim.
