I think the trigger was pulled waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy too soo. I didn't get the feeling this guy was asking for answers. I think he was asking for some thoughts. I think it was a legit post.

Playoffs?? Playoffs!!??? Don't talk about PLAYOFFS!!!??
He is speaking of this thread: http://forums.realpolice.net/showthread.php?t=58157
I will agree. He was not asking for the ANSWER but I think he meant to say like, what when asked that question, is there something they are looking for or something to that nature. I've answered that to this response: I try to be or make something perfect a lot. If it isn't perfect it may bother me.
Yet it does, it sounds BS like.
I know its a REALLY hard question to give advice on, I will agree with Darin on this. Ya'lls pulled the trigger too quick. I mean obviouslly from past posts/rep, he is not a troll.
I gotta side with D on this one, folks ...Originally Posted by Darin

I feel kind of guilty. I wasn't trying to stuff it down the guy's face, but he just came off as someone who thought he could blow some smoke up at the panel board interviewers.
I frequently do these panel interviews for my agency and maybe I have heard the, "my greatest weakness is my love for humanity" type thing just once too many times. I was just giving him what comes to my mind when I get that kind of answer from an applicant we are interviewing.
I think most mature, thoughtful people, with just a little self analysis, can figure out at least some of what their weaknesses are. I certainly know what some of mine are, and I have more than one. People who know me well, could point our a few more without a doubt. Again, having them is not bad. Refusing to acknowledge them, can be.
But, maybe I called this guy wrong.![]()

I don't think you did anything wrong though!
I'll bare my soul and answer this one...
Peanut M&M's, Jelly Beans, Hot Dogs, Ice Cream, Butterfingers, Popcorn, Cokes, Snicker Bars, Ribs, Pop Tarts, Bacon, Hamburgers... Need I go on to the next meal, or or should I stop at breakfast? :p
But ignoring all that, I'm just left with stubbornness... Which is fine until it pisses off the boss or Chief, then my stubbornness is taken down a notch or two... Yeah, that answer should go over good

I really struggled when I was asked this. Since I'm perfect I answered I have no weakness. :D :p

That is one of those weaknesses that can double back and be good for you in the end.
